Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phataya account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held across all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. phataya is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your account access with any other person. phataya shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You agree to notify phataya immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. phataya may suspend your account pending investigation upon receiving such a report.
All accounts must undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to processing withdrawals. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and, where required, proof of address or source of funds. phataya's KYC procedures comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
All financial transactions on the phataya Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phataya currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to availability and applicable limits.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phataya wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. phataya does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. phataya targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. phataya reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawals, which may extend processing times.
Minimum and Maximum Limits: Current deposit and withdrawal limits are published on the phataya Platform and may be amended from time to time. Promotional bonuses may impose additional wagering requirements before associated funds become withdrawable.
Dormant Accounts: Accounts inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phataya may apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its published dormant account policy. Players will be notified prior to the application of any such fee.
All games offered on the phataya Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, the game's displayed rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without phataya's prior written consent.
phataya's trademarks, trade names, and logos may not be used without express written authorisation. Unauthorised use of phataya's intellectual property may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phataya's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon legitimate account closure, phataya will process the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) to the Player's verified payment method after completing all required checks. Funds associated with fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be forfeited.
Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting phataya support. Requests for permanent account closure are processed within five (5) business days.
phataya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via in-platform notification or SMS to the registered mobile number at least seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or urgent operational necessity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the phataya Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through phataya's internal complaints procedure. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting phataya support at [email protected] with "Formal Complaint" in the subject line. phataya aims to acknowledge complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players in the Philippines may also escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR through its published regulatory channels.
